An Internal Committee has been constituted at Lakshmi Narayana Arts & Science College to ensure safe, inclusive and harassment-free environment for students and staff. This committee is responsible for addressing grievances related to gander discrimination, workplace misconduct and harassment, ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. This committee ensures that grievances are addressed confidentially and fairly. The college is committed in maintaining a supportive and secure atmosphere for all members of the institution.
