The Women’s Cell at Lakshmi Narayana Arts and Science College, Mayannur is dedicated in creating a supportive, safe, and empowering environment for female students. Its primary goals include promoting gender equality, addressing discrimination, and ensuring the overall well-being of women on campus.
The cell organizes various activities such as workshops, awareness campaigns, and counselling services to empower students to voice their concerns, access resources, and enhance their personal and professional growth. Additionally, it raises awareness about women’s rights and safety, while encouraging female participation in leadership roles and extracurricular activities.
