The Career Guidance & Placement Cell of Lakshmi Narayana Arts and Science College, Mayannur, in association with IQAC, conducted a Talent Acceleration Program. Mr. Gopalakrishnan, Principal of Lakshmi Narayana Arts and Science College, Mayannur introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Muhammed Shahid P M, Talent Curation Executive at the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission. Mr. Shahid gave an insightful session on the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) platform, explaining how students can use it to find job opportunities, develop skills, and connect with employers. The session was interactive and informative, helping students understand the importance of upskilling and digital career tools.
